Each piece of cookware comes out of production completely clean from chemical and mechanical impurities, however, before first use wash cookware with warm water and mild detergent, rinse with clean water and dry. Such cleaning procedure is also recommended after each use.
If food should burn, it is sufficient to pour in some warm water and leave or let boil for a while, then remove residues of burnt food with a sponge and wash the cookware as usual.
Limescale and white-blue stains from proteins could be cleaned with a small amount of fruit vinegar.
The cookware will keep nice shiny look much longer if saten surfaces are dried with a towel immediately after rinsed with warm water.

NOTE
Shoud there appear brown stains consequence of the cookware being used on high temperatures (which is not recommended), such stains are not likely or impossible to remove, but the cookware will not loose its value in use.
If you use gas stove keep low flame so it does not touch walls but only bottom of your cookware.
If vapour comes out under the lid lower the cooking temperature until lid becomes still and continue cooking at lowest grade.
Cookware with thermo-control knob is not oven safe.
Use protection gloves or pads when handling hot cookware.

ROAST WITHOUT GREASE

Heat up empty pan, open or covered, at a medium-high heating grade. After 4-5 minutes check the temperature dripping some water; if the drops spread rolling like pearls, the pan is ready. Bring down heating to the minimum and put the meat in the pan. The meat will immediately stick to the pan, but do not force to unstick. Cover the pan and leave 2-3 minutes, the meat will release its liquid and unstick from the pan bottom. Then turn it and roast on the other side in the covered pan.
Depending on the kind of meat that is being prepared, you may even switch off heating immediately upon the phase of pan heating. The roasting will continue thanks to the thick pan bottom that accumulates and keeps the heat.
The meat prepared in its own sauce is full of nutritive ingredients, soft and juicy, even salty enough that no salt needs to be added. If the meat is too dry add small amount of oil or grease.
Any kind of meat can be prepared in this manner.

COOK WIHTOUT WATER

Means to cook foods that by their nature contain sufficient amount of liquid, while the nutrients that do not contain liquid (like dry beans, rice, pasta....) have to be cooked with an optimum amount of liquid.
Put washed and cleaned, stil moist vegetables into a pan or pot to fill over 2/3 of the pan capacity, however not less than 1/2 of the capacity, cover and put on the stove top. Heat up on a medium stove grade and the food will start releasing liquids. After 4-5 minutes (depending on stove top type, pan/pot size and heating source power), bring down the temperature to the lowest grade and leave till the food is done. If you have opened the lid in the meantime, add 2-3 spoons of water and cover again.
Both fruit and vegetables can be prepared this way and each nutrient will keep its colour, fresh taste and aroma and rich nutritive properties as well.
